Exploring our Light & Shadow

As the light begins to fade in the Autumn season, shadows come out. The Light and the Shadows work together; they go together. Come explore the dance between the two, for yourself and the collective.
Systemic Ritual® has been developed over many years by Daan van Kampenhout and brings together elements of Family Constellations and shamanic ritual to create a beautiful and powerful way of working with personal, family, systemic and collective issues. This includes working with the Wheel of the Four Directions, a variation of the traditional Medicine Wheel used by numerous traditions and nations.
Join me for this special themed workshop on the subject of Exploring our Light & Shadow, often the dance we live on a day to day and relationship to relationship basis. Our shadow can take the lead in challenges we face without us knowing. In this workshop there will be exploratory exercises to see both sides of ourselves and how to dance between the two.
This workshop we will:
*Explore our light and shadow and how they show up in our day to day lives.
*Explore these parts in relationship to a specific challenge we are facing today.
*Anyone looking for guidance and insight on a specific area of their lives.
*Work together collectively to bring light to the world and the some of the current challenges we are facing.
*Anyone who works with the medicine wheel already and would like to learn some new applications.

This event is to bring awareness, insight and guidance in how to work with both our light and our shadow. Our intention will be to bring balance, or more light where it's needed. The Autumn season is when the days become longer and the light begins to fade into the early evenings. This is an opportune time to look into the light and shadow within us. We will do group exercises/rituals and some constellations on the subject.​

*Download the right Wheel for you here, or bring a big sheet of white paper to make your own.
*Bring your drum, rattle or any other instrument you would use in the rituals.
*Bring 10-20 small objects, including stones, shells, buttons, seeds, etc.
*For the best experience, it's recommended that you use a computer instead of a mobile phone, and each person should have their own device.
*As this is a group activity where we work in service to one another, it's required to use your camera.
*This event will not be recorded.
*Participants are asked to stay the full duration of the event.
