Support for Living in Times of Transition

We are in major transitions, personally and collectively, and in this workshop, we will explore this from different angles and build our resources and understanding for how to support ourselves and one another at this time.
Systemic Ritual® has been developed over many years by Daan van Kampenhout and brings together elements of Family Constellations and shamanic ritual to create a beautiful and powerful way of working with personal, family, systemic and collective issues. This includes working with the Wheel of the Four Directions, a variation of the traditional Medicine Wheel used by numerous traditions and nations.
Join me for this special themed workshop on the subject moving from Chaos to Order. We will explore the subject from many angles and with a variety of activities. Using the Wheel of the Four Directions as our basis for many, this workshop will include resources for how to best living during times of transition, including nervous system regulation exercises, working with the labyrinth and collective rituals.
In this workshop we will:
*Gain an astrological explanation for understanding the times of transition we are in.
*Explore the subject of moving from chaos to order, from your personal experience to the bigger collective experience.
*Learn and practice nervous system regulation tools to support you in times of transition.
*Meet and explore the labyrinth as a tool for self connection and discovery.
*Work together collectively to bring light to the world considering the current challenges we are facing.
Who is this workshop for?
*Open to anyone who already works with the medicine wheel or to those who would like to learn some new applications.
*A good introductory experience for the upcoming Level 1 and Level 2 Wheel of the Four Directions class in November.

As the collective experience continues to move quickly and unpredictably, this has a tremendous affect on our inner worlds and nervous systems. This event will bring awareness and understanding for the times we are living, provide supporting resources for your day to day experience, and explore the power of ritual to support us and the world at this time. The workshop will be a variety of exercises, from person to group rituals using the Wheel of the Four Directions and the labyrinth. ​

*Download the right Wheel for you here, or bring a big sheet of white paper to make your own.
*Bring your drum, rattle or any other instrument you would use in the rituals.
*Bring 10-20 small objects, including stones, shells, buttons, seeds, etc.
*Bring some blank sheets of paper and colored pencils/markers (and glue if you have it)
*I'll provide a labyrinth beforehand, for you to print and use during the event.
*For the best experience, it's recommended that you use a computer instead of a mobile phone, and each person should have their own device.
*As this is a group activity where we work in service to one another, it's required to use your camera.
*This event will not be recorded.
*Participants are asked to stay the full duration of the event.
