Systemic Constellations for Professionals, Coaches & Organizations

Systemic Constellations is a tool that has been around for more than 30 years, developed by a man named Bert Hellinger in Germany.  It originally started in a therapeutic sense to resolve family issues - known today as Family Constellations - and over time its use has expanded to the professional world. Systemic Constellations is as the name indicates, a "systemic tool" that can give deep insights about your professional life and/or organization.  

Applications for Individuals:

-Making decisions and answering personal questions about work and your job 

-Testing new ideas, projects or products

-Resolving conflicts at work and/or with colleagues

-Finding balance between professional and personal life

-Clarifying objectives

-Getting insights about clients, teamwork and team functions

Applications for Organizations:

-Defining and testing your strategy, new ideas, decisions etc. 

-Testing brands, products, markets, approaches etc. as a form of market research

-Analysis and diagnosis of the organizational structure, departments etc.

-Integrating teams and companies after a merge

-Managing projects and clients 

-Investigating dysfunction or inefficiency within the organization

-Getting insights about the relationship between departments, teams etc.

-Dynamics of family organizations

These workshops will occur every few months and are intended to help you navigate any change that has occurred to your working life after 2020 and the Covid pandemic.  In workshops like this we work on ("constellate") any question you have about your professional life and/or organization.  This approach is similar to  "quick market research" to help guide you with any concerns going forward. There will be time for two to three constellations during each meeting, and others participating invariably gain as much (and sometimes even more) insights than the person setting the constellation.
