In times of Corona - Rituals for Healing & Connection

We are living in unprecedented times.  Beyond fears for health and economic stability, our connections with each other have been interrupted and great distance has come between us, both by force and as a consequence. 

Join me for a day of connection by means of small group exercises and group rituals, or collective constellations.  During this experiential workshop, you will better understand any fears you face these days, you will connect with your strengths, and you will connect with others to fortify you in the months ahead.  

The primary tool I'll use is Systemic Constellations and Systemic Ritual, which is a combination of constellations and shamanism created by Daan van Kampenhout.  Ritual has been used for years throughout traditions and across cultures when facing something that is just too much.  Ritual is an artistic and harmonious way to heal, release and connect.  Although  Constellations will be used for small group exercises, this is not a traditional Constellation Circle.  Instead, this is an experiential workshop with small group exercises and group rituals, or collective constellations, that are not just for one client.

To follow the regulations at this moment, please bring the following: 

-your mask 

-a pen and notebook for personal reflection  

-your own blanket and yoga mat, if you have one

Space is limited to ten people.  The room we will use is spacious and has a garden.  If weather allows and if we prefer, we can work outdoors as well.  I look forward to seeing you soon to connect and gain strength in these unprecedented times!
